The War Memorial

A Patriotic, Cultural, and Community Leader.

The War Memorial

We are your gathering place, your town square, your cultural center, your art museum, your concert venue, your place for special events, your place on the lake to just be.

We are an experiential space unlike any other in Michigan, where art and music live, where laughter and love are shared, where memories are made, and debates are heard. We’re also the place that honors American values and stands as a strong symbol of everything that makes the United States a more perfect Union. To schedule a guided tour, contact Betsy Alexander at balexander@warmemorial.org

Dogs and pets are not allowed on War Memorial grounds and facilities (except for service animals).

Memorial Week at The War Memorial is nearly here! The festivities kick off with An Evening of Red, White & Blue on May 22, followed by Memorial Day on May 27 and an 80th Anniversary of D-Day Ceremony on June 6.
