Experience the thrill of authentic Irish music as expressed through the talents of One for the Foxes, comprised of internationally-renowned musicians, making their Detroit debut as a trio.

A graduate of the Irish World Academy at the University of Limerick and a member of the award-winning group Goitse, Tadhg Ó Meachair has established himself as a force in the world of traditional Irish music. He has performed on a variety of stages around the world to esteemed audiences, from Ireland’s National Concert Hall to Music Crossroads in Zambia, and from the infamous Festival Interceltique de Lorient to a garden party hosted by Uachtarán an hÉireann, the President of Ireland.

After graduating from Colorado College, American Joanna Hyde was selected as one of ten scholars by a panel of distinguished arts professionals to receive the Jack Kent Cook Foundation’s Graduate Arts Award. With this scholarship, she moved to Ireland to pursue three years of studying traditional Irish music as well as teaching at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance. Joanna graduated with an MA in Irish Traditional Music Performance in 2014, and has recently been working on a variety of recording projects, as well as performing and teaching around the US and Europe.

Dave Curley is one of Ireland’s leading multi-instrumentalists, vocalists, and a champion step dancer. Hailing from Co. Galway on the west coast of Ireland, Dave has brought his wealth of talents to the largest of stages in North America and Western Europe. For 10 years, he has worked with the award-winning traditional super group, SLIDE and also spent five successful years with award-winning American Roots band RUNA. More recently, Dave has become an integral member to the new CRANNUA project.
