Join us on Veterans Day to get your heart and health screening from the Ascension Mobile Unit in The War Memorial parking lot.

General Public: $60
Pre-registration is required. This event is hosted by Ascension Michigan, and is FREE for Veterans and First Responders. All registered guests must bring photo ID and, if general public, a credit card for payment.

This 45-minute non-invasive, comprehensive screening includes:
• Medical health assessment
• Blood pressure check
• Electrocardiogram (EKG)
• Body mass index (BMI)
• Ankle brachial index (ABI) — blood flow to the limbs
• Carotid ultrasound — blood flow to the brain
• Abdominal aorta ultrasound — aneurysm check
Additional information:
• A doctor referral is not required.
• Screenings are not typically covered by medical insurance plans; non-veteran fee is $60.
• All diagnostic studies are performed, evaluated and reviewed by board-certified doctors.
• Results of each study are sent directly to the patient’s home to share with your primary doctor. Registration is required.
