GPSO Outdoor Summer Concert

Join the Grosse Pointe Symphony Orchestra for an outdoor summer concert on the waterfront! The War Memorial back lawn will be the picturesque venue for this special performance. Folding chairs will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own outdoor summer chairs or picnic blankets.

Venue

The concert will be held at The Grosse Pointe War Memorial on the back lawn

Grounds open at 6:00 PM; Concert Begins at 7:00 PM

In the event of inclement weather, this event will be held in The War Memorial’s Alger Center Ballroom.

Adults: $20 
Seniors (60+) or Veterans: $15 
College Students: $5
K–12 Students: Free

Online ticket sales end at 5pm on the day of the concert. Additional tickets may be purchased at the door on the concert day. Cash and check only.

Seating

White folding chairs will be provided by The War Memorial. All tickets are general admission and open seating on the back lawn. Guests are invited to bring their own folding chairs and blankets to provide comfortable outdoor seating during the concert if they choose.

A full bar, including water, a variety of sodas, beer, wine, and liquor, will be available to enhance your experience!

You’re welcome to bring your own picnic, but by Michigan law, no outside alcoholic beverages may be brought onto The War Memorial grounds.
