Gilda’s Club: Art Therapy
Art Therapy invites you to explore your thoughts and emotions through creative expression. Using different artistic tools and techniques, we’ll focus on themes like mindfulness, self-awareness, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, relationships, life changes, coping skills, and grief. No artistic skill is required—just a willingness to explore and reflect.

Join Tai Chi practitioner Vernice McDaniel for a slow-flow session focused on gentle movement, mindfulness, and stress relief. Money Smarts: A Financial Literacy Series for Young Adults
A 6-week financial literacy workshop for young adults (9th grade +) covering budgeting, credit, and practical money skills for real life led by Financial Literacy Coach Mary Pesek.

Portraits in the Style of Edouard Manet with Donald Cronkhite
One of the best ways to learn posthumously from a master painter is to paint a “master copy." In this workshop we will study Edouard Manet's portrait of Antonin Proust done in 1880. You can see it at the Toledo Museum of Art.
In this portrait, Manet uses bold and spirited brushwork to the capture the essence of Proust, considered a Parisian dandy.
Middle School Dance: Holiday Sweater Edition
