Kids will be taught by ServSafe Certified Managers, learning kitchen safety and sanitation, as well as an extra emphasis on knife skills. During this 2-hour class, kids will cut and sauté all the vegetables for a one-pot Creamy Chicken Stew. They will also make a Quick Bread they will bake while the stew is cooking. Kids will sit and eat together, learning the nutritional value of all the food they made and are eating.
Each child should bring 2 10-12 oz boxes with lids, to take their food home with them, in case they don’t finish their food.

PLEASE NOTE: Rata2ee Cooking School requires parents to complete a waiver and allergen form for any child to attend class. Students will not be admitted into class without the form being fully completed.
