At The War Memorial, we believe in the power of cuisine as art. At our November 20th Evening with Chef Joe Paxton event, you’ll experience a themed Italian menu with remarks on each course delivered by our Executive Chef, along with an opportunity for you to ask questions on ingredient selection and technique.

Join us for a special evening that includes a 4-course meal featuring remarks, curated cocktails, and a full cash bar in our beautiful lakefront ballroom. The evening’s menu is listed below. Please note: Due to the unique nature of this event allergies and menu substitutions cannot be accommodated

6:30pm: Doors Open
7:00pm: First Course is Served

Antipasti- Shaved Italian meats/ pecorino romano/ caprese salad/ panzanella salad

Fresh Baked Focaccia Bread

First Course

Shaved Fennel with arugula and parm/ lemon truffle vinaigrette

Second Course

Lasagna Bolognese Gratin with parmigiano and fresh herbs/ garlic focaccia

Third Course

Gelato Affogato Sundae

Full Cash Bar will be available throughout the evening

Your ticket price already includes a 21% gratuity and 6% Michigan sales tax

*Dinner experiences at The War Memorial require a minimum attendance; guest minimums may vary per event. If the minimum attendance requirement is not met for this event, you will be notified by Friday, November 15, 2024 with a rescheduled date or the option to receive a full refund.
