At The War Memorial, we believe in the power of cuisine as art. For our March 28th edition of An Evening with Chef Joe Paxton, Chef Joe’s Steakhouse is open for one night only! You’ll experience a themed menu with remarks on each course delivered by our Executive Chef, along with an opportunity for you to ask questions on ingredient selection and technique.
Join us for a special evening that includes a 4-course meal and full cash bar with suggested pairings in our beautiful lakefront ballroom. The evening’s menu is listed below.

Your ticket price already includes a 21% gratuity and 6% Michigan sales tax
*Dinner experiences at The War Memorial require a minimum attendance; guest minimums may vary per event. If the minimum attendance requirement is not met for this event, you will be notified by Friday, March 21, 2025 with a rescheduled date or the option to receive a full refund.
