How the Grinch Stole the Santa Claus Parade

Wake up the morning after Thanksgiving and head to the Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce How the Grinch Stole The Santa Claus Parade!

The parade route is on Kercheval Avenue, starting at Lewiston Road in Grosse Pointe Farms and ending on Cadieux Road in Grosse Pointe City.

The parade begins on Friday, Nov. 29 at 10 a.m.

Light that tree!

The season of Holiday Homecoming kicks off Nov. 24 at The War Memorial’s Tree Lighting Ceremony, reminiscent of community celebrations long past.

The 20-foot decorated tree will be prominently placed in front of our fountain, evoking a sense of Holiday magic for any age! Your festive evening includes hot chocolate, marshmallow roasting, a vintage holiday marketplace, caroling and much more.

Doors open for all activities at 4 p.m., with the tree lighting up at 5:30 p.m.
