Art inspired mini golf at Cranbrook
This summer, Cranbrook Art Museum located in Bloomfield Hills is displaying a mini golf course on their grounds, inspired by the art and design of Cranbrook. The course consists of 11 custom designed art inspired holes that can be found outdoors on their beautiful campus. Two additional holes are new this year, one based on the Greek theatre and the other based on the windows of Cranbrook’s dining hall.
All tickets can be purchased on-site, and no reservations are required. The course will be open until September.

Produce sales begin at The Helm
Buy fresh and buy local.
On Thursdays this summer beginning July 6, folks can head to The Helm in Grosse Pointe Farms, located at 158 Ridge Road, for fresh vegetables and fruit. Produce from Full Circle’s edible garden will be available for sale at The Helm from 11 a.m. to noon. Bring your own bag to take your purchases with you. The mission of the Full Circle Foundation is to support the activities that foster a sense of self worth and independence in persons with disabilities by providing opportunities to contribute and participate productively in their community.
The Full Circle Edible garden is located on a three-acre site generously provided by the Riverview Rehabilitation Center in Detroit. Full Circle young adults manage more than 55 raised vegetable, herb and flower garden beds. They learn about gardening techniques, producing and selling fresh food.
