Experience the magic of the season with the Detroit Opera Resident Artists

Join us at The War Memorial for an enchanting evening as members of the Detroit Opera Resident Artists perform heartwarming traditional sounds of the holidays and some of the most beloved operatic selections. This concert will warm your hearts and prepare you for a wonderful holiday season.

Winter Melodies with Detroit Opera Resident Artists is Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $25 for general admission, $20 for veterans, and $10 for students.

Detroit Opera serves as a nurturing home for rising stars in the Detroit Opera Resident Artist Program, supporting and helping them achieve their full potential in the highly competitive opera industry.

Resident artists featured on this program are Soprano Melanie Spector, Mezzo-Soprano Lisa Marie Rogali, Tenor River Guard, Baritone Ben Reisinger, Baritone Rolfe Dauz, and Collaborative Pianist Nathalie Doucet.

Calling all veterans! Join us for a special Vet-to-Vet meetup at The War Memorial on Dec. 14 at 8 a.m. Connect with fellow veterans, share stories, and enjoy a morning of camaraderie. The gathering is hosted by The War Memorial’s new Veterans Committee, whose goal is to develop more events and initiatives with a veterans focus.
