Voices and Votes: Democracy in America, the traveling version of a major exhibition at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, is coming to our Carriage House this fall for a limited engagement.
The exhibition examines the nearly 250-year-old American experiment of government “of, by and for the people,” and how each generation since continues to question how to best form “a more perfect union.”

Call for Entries — “Veterans Day 2020: A Thankful Community”
Often, the most profound, generous, gracious, and moving words come from the voices of children. As we approach Veterans Day during a year unprecedented in its difficulties, The War Memorial looks to the wisdom of youth to help express our gratitude to the brave souls who have served in the United States armed forces. We invite you to participate.
